Gorkiy Gorod Shopping Mall attracts attention with its aqua park area of 6.000 m² with an artificial beach under the largest monolithic glass roof in the Europe and Russia and 3rd in the in the world. It gives an outstanding experience of summer to its visitors all year long, also it is mentioned most often in written and visual media, as one of the most important and the most distinctive architectural projects made in recent years in the Russian Federation. Technical Project Summary: The multi-purpose, class A+ shopping and entertainment centre has a hypermarket and nightclub in the basement; stores on the ground and 1st floor; food court section, cafes, bowling and cinema halls and children's entertainment centre on the 2nd floor; SPA, beauty and massage saloons and administrative department on the 3rd floor; and children and adult swimming pools, beach, wave pool, aqua park and cafes on a usage area of 6.000 m² on the top floor. It is the first occasion in which the custom production "Elastomers" having bearing capacity to statically release the biggest monolithic glass roof of the Europe and Russian Federation placed on 6 separate seismic blocks.
